(38) All that [i.e., the aforementioned] - its evil is ever, in the sight of your Lord, detested.

38. All the bad aspects of these (the above mentioned things) are hateful to your Lord.

كُلُّ ذَٰلِكَ كَانَ سَيِّئُهُۥ عِندَ رَبِّكَ مَكۡرُوهٗا
All of that, the odiousness of it is hateful in the Meeting of your Lord.
