(62) Allāh is the Creator of all things, and He is, over all things, Disposer of affairs.

ٱللَّهُ خَٰلِقُ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ وَكِيلٞ
Allah is The Creator of everything; and He is The Ever-Trusted Trustee over everything.
